Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy — you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@partszone.ge. Please note: returns must be sent to the following address: Tbilisi, Didi Digomi, Giorgi Tereverko str. 19
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item — we will assess the situation and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain categories of items cannot be returned: perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), as well as personal care goods (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift certificates.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the Republic of Georgia Notwithstanding the above, if the item is delivered to Georgia, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned item, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need time to process and post the refund.
